We believe in being upfront about money. This page tells you exactly what happens when you pay, when you cancel, and when you can expect a refund.
Start for free — no card required
The Free plan is free forever, with up to 500 AI replies per month. You can use My PA with your real customers, see how the assistant works, and decide whether to upgrade — all without entering any payment details.
Subscription fees are non-refundable
All subscription payments to My PA are final and non-refundable. When you upgrade or renew, you are paying for access to the service for that billing period in full. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused days, downgraded plans, or periods during which you did not actively use the service.
This applies to both monthly and annual billing.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no phone calls, no paperwork. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after that date.
- Your account moves to the Free plan when the paid period ends. Your data is preserved.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. You can find your renewal date in Account → Subscription.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed once for 12 months. The full amount is charged upfront and is non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access for the remainder of the 12 months — no pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion.
When we may make an exception
We do not offer routine refunds, but we treat every situation fairly. If a technical error on our side caused a charge you should not have been billed for — for example, a duplicate payment or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — email us and we will investigate and correct it.
We will not process exceptions where the issue is a change of mind, failure to cancel before a renewal, or dissatisfaction with an AI reply.
How to contact us about a billing issue
Email support@mypa.ng from the email address on your account. Include your business name and a description of the issue. A real person reads every message and will respond within 2 business days.
Payments are processed by Paystack
All payments are handled by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment provider. My PA does not store your card details. Where an exception refund is approved, it is returned through Paystack to your original payment method and typically takes 3–7 business days to appear.
